In short: It's multiplayer Ace Attorney.
AO is a virtual chatroom/courtroom mix which we use to perform improvised AA-like trials, Civil Cases, Class Trials, Jury Cases, Investigations and more! Choose from a wide selection of AA characters (and guest characters), pick a position (Defence, Prosecution, Judge, Witness, etc.) and dive into a whirlwind of logic, banter, theories and memes.

It's a shame since Ace Attorney has better overall narratives, but drama always has more discussion.

PSA: Do not ever sign up for a case with a Furio defense. That is a Verin case where he will ignore the judge, detective, witnesses and prosecution and multiclient as Phoenix at the end before he gets a guilty/mistrial to indict himself and then he'll CE himself where he already has contradictions ready to ensure he gets a not guilty.
Not surprising that he chooses to do that rather than getting good at the game though.

ever thought about calling a mod? Unless approved by the entire rest of the group, multi-clienting in a case is against server rules.

Honestly AA is just stale at this point and the new stories and characters are pure cancer, they seem to come from a shitty shonen. DR at least fully embraces the shitty anime feeling and the setup is more interesting, more variety on the cast too.
