Yes almost, boats pretty much have an innate 100 firepower, going to 100 doubles it, 300 doubles that.

it's safe to say Yamato and probably Iowa will get a skill like that, Bismarck I don't see it at all. There'd be no historical significance or a meme based on the name.

Yamato is self explanatory. She was Japan.
Iowa has a history of being a carrier escort. Literally designed for the purpose of being a massive fast AA platform to escort fast carrier task forces that could take on any surface ship the IJN threw at it.

Bismarck on the other hand had her only sortie with a single heavy cruiser. The direct opposite of the Yamato and Iowa that acted in large fleets. She'd probably have a strong self buff or really heavy hitting skill due to her instagibbing the hood.

I don't think any ship will get a QE type skill. Yamato/iowa/bismarck are too strong as individual ships to get a buff skill, and i doubt they want more bong tier degeneracy

Eventually whatever SSR ship you want will show up in the medal shop. Make sure to check it every reset.

I doubt IJN would be too strong with a similar buff since torpedoes are their strongest point and they are unreliable on auto. It'd cement their position as kings of pve though.

Hitler's a bit over the top in my opinion, if that's the angle you want to approach this you should choose a higher up Nazi or the name of a petty navel officer like and use that as the basis for whatever you choose to name her. Wilhelm Frick would work nicely in that regard, Wilhelmina for a more feminine take on it.

Ten-Go or alternate name Heaven One are both pretty patriotic sounding to me. If not, she'd get something like "Combined Fleet Flagship" like Mikasa, which no longer sound original.

Considering jap planes have their roundels censored in game, I doubt she'll get a name like that.
