You can set three different plates, one for PLD, one for WAR, one for DRK and it'll glamour when you choose to. This is an upgrade over the original glamour prism stupidity just because you couldn't do that before
You know its bad when people on the forum have to make a thread into a no complaint zone to say positive things about the patch
If you switch jobs it doesn't automatically update it though. You have to go and apply the plate each time. Plus last I checked theres more than 10 jobs, and you might want more than 1 choice for a job.

You need to do maps for the ala mhigan weave materials. It should be an uncommon drop, but shouldn't take you that long. Requires 2 and need to ahve a weaver at 70 to craft it with the new crafting book 6
