I used Protector / War Magus / Highlander | Hexer / Alchemist to a great effect. In fact, it was the most fun I've had in EO for quite a while. Try it out; it has classes for all the portraits you want to use, has synergy, has great damage output, has buffs, debuffs, ailments, binds, elemental and non elemental damage, etc.
That really sounds like a fun party. I'll take note of it
