all your healers have to have the same glamour
all your ranged have to have the same glamour
all your casters have to have the same glamour

no. suplexing the phantom train has literally always been a bug/oversight and it'll show up in hildibrand eventually as a cute nod and that's it. it's not some intended part of how you play the fight.

Why can't people figure out the ghost adds phase in O5S?
It's not that difficult, the first 4 ghost clouds are tank/healer and the size difference is obvious.

You can macro template changes in with gear set changes, but you can only change templates in cities apparently so who knows what Yoshi & Company were thinking.
It's really kind of a halfassed system. I hope they keep working on it.

Objectively fucking wrong. You can swap plates, and you can make a macro that swaps plates at the exact time you select the gear set. This was even in the patch notes. My BLM and RDM have different glamour plates

I imagine it has something to do with the same backend reason why JSE boxes can only be opened in the same places you can apply Glamour Plates.

that still means you have 2 caster glamours and you swap between them, it just doesn't cost anything now

You can do it in The Goblet. You cannot open job coffers in The Goblet
