The best use I see for Semiramis right now is pairing her with someone like Summer Nobu, a berserker with crit star generation, and then use the team against a clusterfuck of enemy classes with some Riders and Casters mixed in. We literally proved half a fucking year ago that Buster Down is included in Karna's NP upgrade. Use it on someone and their Buster attacks have their damage reduced, you can even see the fucking debuff icon on the damage numbers.
