The best use I see for Semiramis right now is pairing her with someone like Summer Nobu, a berserker with crit star generation, and then use the team against a clusterfuck of enemy classes with some Riders and Casters mixed in. Maybe throw in a Passion Lip to tank/deal some damage and a 2030 for even more crit star then hope for the best.
