The worst part is that a 8.5 in Light is considerably worse than it is in say, Fire. Compare Amira to the 8.5 fist proficiency in Fire, Aliza, and Aliza is better in almost every aspect.

It's not outclassed by a GW dagger because they don't buff on the same line. You can use both ougi-class and skill-class DA/TA buffs at the same time you know.
