There's no Agave-style true route. The game is named after Ai so it's reasonable to assume that if any route is the "true" route it's Ai's true end. But it doesn't really matter, it's not like that end addresses things that the other endings don't. If anything the opposite is true, Maki's route touches on Hiroshi's past way more than Ai's. Play in whatever order you want, none of the routes are any more or less canon than the others. Even in Majikoi the Agave route doesn't end up being canon.

The point is that in terms of the plot of S, the Agave route never happened. It's only canon in the Koyuki after scenario. If we're talking about the timeline of events leading through the first game and into S, the canon ending of the first game is the "Future without a relationship" ending. Pretty sure the narrator outright says this at the start of S.
