The art actually looks pretty cute for me. Also, their previous game was pretty good and was pretty popular, so they have expectations to live up to. I played the trial and it seemed pretty interesting, though the lack of updates on the full version release date is worrying me.

Yes, we all played the garbage on newgrounds like Ganguro Girl or Frank's adventure as teens and pre-teens, but Rapelay was the big one that exposured the AVERAGE westerner. Before that most people just made jokes about tentacles and school-girls.

So what did people think of Lulu Farea 2?

I liked it, but also felt it lacked unique mechanics like the door opener guy, fishing spots, upgrade price reset, no hearts floor, and all those items which seemed to only have 1 use but ended up with multiple, like the 10hp pot.
In another sense, it was more fair to not need to play until the end to find out you're paying 20 000g extra since you didn't save a piece of food for the fox jew.
The CG quality was also pretty shitty, but there were more scenes.

A good game and a good sequel, but not as good as the first one. Worst thing was that the blonde elf got forgotten by literally everyone, including the author.

But user, Lulu Farea 2 came out.

Game was fun and the sex key mechanic was an interesting idea. Hope he does a third game or spiritual sequel with it more fleshed out, so people can approach the game more non-linear. The new shop mechanics felt a lot nicer too. Permanent buffs vs temporary ones. New girls were all pretty cute too, especially the dorky Minotaur. Definitely agree about the overall worse CG's. 1 had a big pay off at the end with all the dragon girls. 2 didn't really have anything but the cute princess.

8/10 about the same score I'd give the original. Felt more like a side-grade to me. Does somethings better, and other bits worse.
