So let's say there were an anniversary Mario Party game that actually had proper boards. If they were to include one board from every game, which ones would you pick?
As for me, I'd go:
>1. Wario's Battle Canyon
This is probably more of a realistic answer than a personal preference, since there's always one board with a "multiple islands" gimmick. That said, this is probably the best of those boards, since you do have a good amount of control over where you land when you blast from island to island.
>2. Space Land
This one was kind of a toss-up, but Space Land is the only one with a gimmick that stands out and that isn't reused somewhere else in this list.
>3. Waluigi's Island
What the hell else would it be?
>4. Toad's Midway Madness
4 doesn't have much of anything special to its boards, so I chose the Toad board to fit the theme of the Mini/Mega Mushroom mechanic, which would be the main focus.
>5. Toy Dream
Likewise, 5's boards are pretty generic, so this was chosen to fit the theme of the capsule gimmick.
>6. Faire Square
Always a high-scoring board with a good mix of risk/reward.
>7. Pyramid Park
7's boards tended to not be great, so this one was chosen just because Faire Square took up the slot Snowflake Lake otherwise could have had. Snowflake Lake is a better board though, so this board would just be Snowflake Lake with the Egyptian theme to it.
>8. Koopa's Tycoon Town
Definitely the better execution of Windmillville's gimmick, and there isn't another item on this list with the urban theme.
>9. Boo's Horror Castle
All the boards in this game suck, but we haven't had a Boo board yet, so might as well.
>10. Chaos Castle
Themed after Bowser Party, though Bowser is CPU controlled (so it's sort of more like the Bowser Bomb or Clockwork Castle). If he catches you, you're forced to bet some amount of coins on the next minigame. This way, you have a chance at redemption even if you get caught, and can even risk it on purpose.

Just picked up a Wii U, it's such a fantastically underrated console.

Yeah, while it's certainly a much better value to get a New Nintendo 2DS and Switch because they've got at least 70% of the Wii U's good first party titles (either now or in the near future) in addition to their own libraries, if you've got both already, then I don't blame you for getting the Wii U--you could do a hell of a lot worse with your money.

I have my 3DS running on emunand (rin's emunand).

I used to fire up freeshop / cia installers and some modified games.

Then I stopped playing my 3DS alltogether for more than one year. In-between the banwave happened.

Now I have my 3DS on an old emunand FW, not sure if banned or not.

I would like to check and start using it again, but I am not sure how to proceed in a most safe way possible.

Please kindly advise.

Regarding resolution, when docked, Super Mario Odyssey features a dynamic resolution. The action can run at 1600×900 to lower resolutions like 1440×810 and 1280×720. Also, when quickly turning the camera in some areas, depth of field renders out at what seems to be quarter resolution.

When Mario stands still in Switch’s portable mode, the resolution is 720p. But when he moves, Nintendo appears to be jittering two 640×720 images together to form a whole.
