Dude I never feed or destroy/sell items or ruin otherwise, I just flame alot, which I don't think should be in the same category because you can literally press a button and block all comms from me, as opposed to destroying items which actually just ruins the game for everyone.

He's only working within the very fine lines of the rules. The other guy was blatantly violating Global Rule #3 and probably ban evasion.

He can still facerush you if he starts with boots, he still has the best positioning disruption skill in the game, he still has a 3s bkb-piercing disable on a 20s cooldown and he still can reach +3k HP with 0 items.

Assuming a support Silencer, by the time you got an aghs, any non-herald player would've already invested in some sort of dispel. As a core Silencer, there were a whole lot of better alternatives than his old aghs.
His current aghs is still kinda garbage, but a lot better than what it used to be, especially with his crazy-ass talents that turn him into a carry late-game even if you picked him as a support.

It will go away, but at least you got that deterrent to give you the fear of gaben.

I'm more interested in how many more bans will be handed out in the coming weeks. I get the feeling some people will still spam the 'dislike' button after a loss irregardless and more warning go out. Also I don't see a massive improvement in behavior in my games tonight.
