honestly redstrike's reaper guide is still very accurate, just a couple things can be taken out and its fine, reaper's have barely changed in years

i have to disagree with the top roll CDR, at least just for this patch, you need as much shadow steps as you can get for rk9hm, but that should be on a secondary set anyways
