They put us in a group. They said they'd asked us question and interview us later. So I assumed she meant she'd ask questions in group and then that we'd have an individual interview later. The girl said she wanted to know our job history but to keep it short around 1 minute since we're in a big group. So I figured that's just a quick question and not part of the "real" interview which she said would come later. She asked me to go first so I just gave my short job history of working 2 years in IT (This is for a factory production job so completely irrelevant). Then everyone else started selling themselves (What they studied, non-job experiences that contribute to their skills, etc.) and clearly went over a minute. That bummed me out because I'm actually pretty used to manual labor since my dad and all my uncles work in construction or similar field and even tough I've never "worked" in that kind of job, I've helped my dad or uncle with various stuff through my life (Building a house, changing doors and windows, etc. and I'm used to pretty much every tools used in that field of work). They said they'd ask questions and then interview us but they actually interviewed us first in a group and asked questions afterwards (The questions were basic shit like what do you do if your coworkers are arguing or if the equipment is dirty etc. shit everybody can answer, not specific stuff) and I never got the opportunity to sell myself better.
