Didn't it used to say you needed a 110 on a server to make an Allied Race? I just went to a completely new server to test something and I was able to make an Allied Race, didn't even have a single character on that server.

Planning out some alts for Wyrmrest, here's what I was thinking:

I still haven't figured out what I want to do Allied Races-wise. Originally I also had slated a mage for BElves.
I'm leaning so far to either rogue, mage, and/or warlock for NBElves. Shaman and likely hunter with Highmountain, though I'm not sure if I'd want to keep my regular Tauren or replace them instead.
Thoughts? I've got one 110 on the server being my monk, but I never play her often, everything else is pretty low level.
