Catria requires specific IVs to excel. I had an average Catria and yeah she didn't excel at anything. Then I rolled a +spd -hp Catria, merged the shitty one into her and put some work in. She's been extremely reliable for me.

We don't know exactly what Wing Sword will do but it being effective against cavalry and armor is a pretty safe assumption, in that case Glimmer or Iceberg would be better.

She's the best written female lord. That's not exactly a high bar but I was glad to see her up there and above.

+atk for ohko memes. Add atk/res bond from nytaco for maximum memes. Also put spur atk 6 on the flier.

I have an identical Ephraim and he's pretty amazing. I run him with pursuit refine, death blow, Luna, dual rally, hone speed, and heavy blade seal. I have killed highly merged dragons (barring Fae/Myrrh) with that set, all while providing amazing buffs.
DB, Pursuit, Luna and HB seal mean that he can fire off Luna on initiation on top of doubling with 57 attack. That tears through a lot of things.
