Barrows, lava dragons, zulrah, or dragon implings. That's if you want to autism grind 1 thing solely for clue scrolls.

Alternatively you can just do slayer and aim for boss tasks because they all have pretty good rates, like thermy, kq, dks, etc.

Barrows has like 1/32 clue drop chance if you kill all brothers.

Why don't they just swap the overheal effect on anglers to dark crabs

Both fishing methods are really AFK however dark crabs have the risk of you getting PKed. You also need to have done wildy elite to do them pretty much, seeing as the fishing bonus is so much higher and the resource area is free
