Mind giving a little adivce with the fourth? I've been on it for 40 minutes. the ingame advice is to try going underground, but it's not doing anything different.
I've even tried launching myself at it with Aggro with mild success, but there's no real grip on the legs.

You're not using the full 3mb limit you could be. The resolution is fine. Even on the small side for a 9 second webm, but up the bitrate until you get as close to 3mb as possible. If you're using webm for retards, I personally wouldn't recommend using the size limit option. Also turn on high quality mode.

You want bitrate to be variable, usually. This allows the webm to use a smaller bitrate on parts of the webm that don't need it, like still shots, but bump the bitrate much further up when you have very busy fast action parts. the calculation to find the target bitrate is

(3*8192) / T

3 is 3mb, the max size for Veeky Forums. by multiplying by 8192 you get that in bits. T is time in seconds. So for a 10 second webm you would target 2457. but you would round it down a little bit since it's not perfect, probably 2440 would be fine.

That's my ffmpeg cheatsheet. I use command line and I find it just as easy as WFR and I find gives a better quality since it includes other things to increase quality. If you want I can tell you how to use it.

it's doubled up because it's 2 passes, which greatly increases quality. whatever you do make sure anything you change on one line is changed on the next line in the same spot too.

"1.mp4" is you input file, just change it to whatever you are making a webm from. I usually just rename that source file "1" to make life easer. all ps4 video captures are .mp4.

the 0's after "-ss" are the start time. so if your webm starts at 30 seconds into the source file, it would be "00:00:30.000." next to that is "-t". this is the time or duration of your webm. so for a 30 second webm that'll be "00:00:30.000"

"-vf scale" let's you resize. webms don't need to be 1920*1080 HD they look like shit, even 1280*720 is usually too big. 900:-1 will make your webm 900 pixels wide and the -1 just scales height to keep it in proportion. to make it bigger or smaller change the 900.

ignore everything until "-b:v" this is your target bitrate you get from the calculation. so from before for a 10 second clip that'd be about 2440k. next to that is "bufsize". this is just double the bitrate, so it'll be 4880

then just copy and paste the whole thing into your terminal or command prompt
