She's amazing with Guard Bow and Distant Defense.
Most people give her bow to Lyn just for easy arena (You)'s but in my experience a Guard Bow Faye gets you easily as many defenses.

If +Def, +Res or even +Hp she can run some nice tanking build with Guard Bow.
Otherwise that's about it. She might be able to do the Brave Bow and Desp+BA combo if +Atk, but not much else.

You need CA on BLyn for FSB.

If you have a CD6 Tana you should be fine.

Needs some work, but it's fairly decent.
I like to run Wo Dao on Palla and instead rely on TA if it's ever needed.
Also think of getting an area special, at least on Cherche or one of your mages. It's pretty useful.

Gravity+ is generally the best normal staff for utility, with Candlelight being the absolute best but incredibly limited. Run Martyr+ in CC/TT modes for a form of self-sustain along with Dazzling/Wrathful, and Physic+ otherwise.
