The problem with judging Nox's power is his storyline doesn't involve him ever really defeating people of importance; with the Knight, you have him defeating one of the bodies of the Emperor, and the Consular defeats the ghost of a powerful ancient Sith while also being weakened from shielding five masters. Warrior defeats another body of the Empire and other notable Sith, but Nox struggles to take out a single dark council member. Rating the first three really comes down to subjectivity, and context of the situation. But with Nox there isn't really a comparable opponent for true power level discussion.
