Blizzard really fucked up with Garrosh's representation in Heroes of the Storm. His abilities and role do not fit his character fantasy in any way. His kit should have been for another character.

Yes, he is fun to play. But he should have been a bruiser, like Artanis, but with burst and less focus on defense and with an ability to force 1v1.

This game is a casual as fuck (mechanically speaking) MOBA and MOBAs aren't exactly known to be taxing on your wrists. Stop being a little puss puss or pretending you need 300 APM to start to play properly. Hell, half of the fucking game is standing in a bush and doing nothing but "soak" because there's no last hitting mechanic, maybe you ought to play hammer and afk in siege mode or something
