If I were to want some english dialogue with regular h-scene talking, it would depend greatly on the voice actress, rather than the situation or whatever immersion is given. The management gameplay has been expanded. You can now choose between operating a brothel(like the first game), a maid cafe, or an idol group(basically turns the game into Idolm@aster). A lot of features that were previously only available as mods have been added to the base game as well.

You can also build and customize the mansion too.

To anyone who has a big backlog but not playing any of their games, I suggest you play them. Finally got around to starting and going through one that I had on back-burner, and I don't think I'm even 25% done, but I've gone through five shots just because it is a game I genuinely was interested and decided to start. New games may come and storing those to play in future is nice and all, but actually playing them is the only way to get the full effect from them, rather than thinking about how you might play them in the future now that they are downloaded. If you followed your dick, playing any game you downloaded should be worth at least one load and not a waste of your time.
I'm still waiting for never evers like Vitamin Quest 2 for a fresh dose of slut antics, but looking at only future games just means you are neglecting past games that can tide you over. Usually when there's new releases I'll play one or two and post about them several times in the thread but it almost always seems like no one else is playing them because no one else posts about them. It's not like people aren't interested because they'll make their sauce shitposts but after that there's dead silence from the other party.
