So the pastebin on the std modules says that patient zero of lilith's curse will have a chance to regain the disease if no one has it anymore. When does that happen? Is it inevitable or is it possible for it to disappear completely? is there a way to install MCP and 3D room without the Wizard? I'm switching from a frontier based install to AAU

the mcp and 3drooms pp2 files are a drag and drop install, and the compatibility patch shadow set is similarly dragon drop

If you have a classic install you should use the wizzard. Or you can switch to AA2Mini and install a compressed version of the mod.

.pp2 files work as long as he's using a modern aau and the wizzard was obsoleted by aa2install long ago

Anyone know if it's possible to speed up interactions between npcs? I know you can speed up game-time, but it doesn't seem to affect the speed of the interactions.
