Well no that's not entirely true.
This event last two weeks. Once you get 6 copies of any of the spawn CE you should MLB it period because then you can hit 100% with just the MLB'd version, a borrowed one, and a normal one. Even if it doesn't drop for you once you start seeing them often you should MLB it because at that point you just need your MLB'd and a borrowed MLB'd for a 100% chance which gives you more room for either drop amount CEs or efficiency CEs.
