you have to turn pvp tag on inside town, and cant turn it off outside town, a lot of pvp someone just flags themself to kill someone undergeared, waits out the flag then continues with their dailies questing etc. those flagged for pvp wont be put with unflagged. its basically like current system except you get an instant free realm transfer by going to town.

I completed the class hall quest for my mount as pally but the alt tints aren't showing up at quartermaster. I already have power ascended so why isn't it showing up?
