Rare spawn in some rooms, you need to kill 20 of them as a mission. The best place to kill them is the Parking Lot since one is guaranteed as a boss it opens up after you clear 60 missions.

She's okay. Decent defense with Morph, good NP gain compared to most berserkers. Her other skills are useful and her NP can help keep her alive by restoring HP. She's functionally a 4* Kiyohime, in a lot of ways.

But she's primarily used as a wave clearer, which makes her worse than Jets but better than Fran. She doesn't do as much raw damage as Jets does. And her self-stun after her NP can hurt in some fights.

No, not at all. She might work with Waver, who can buff up her NP% directly, but Tamamo Cat's one Arts card is not good in an Arts team.
