Who's getting refine'd today?

It's in this weird position where it's actually a pretty good refine but it doesn't stand out enough to prioritize its refine unless you really like Marth. It does a good job differentiating him from the other Falchions, but unfortunately it costs divine dew. Lancina fills a very similar function without costing large amounts of dew and said dew could be put elsewhere, like say, making alm usable or giving us our first hyper offensive green unit.
