Never played PAD or any other mobage for longer than a month. Also doubt I qualify for whale, just been in this shithole since launch.

It's the best as far as support slot goes. I also have a level 100 black grail since I swim in FP and a level 50 or so victor from moon. I sometimes use those for AoE challenge quests, but kaleido gets the crit star train rolling early.

I only managed to get NP1 of her, don't see her on rateup other than summer rerun. I also like variety so maybe not. She's 10/10/10 though.

Not really. Everything is first sprite except for the art, and that doesn't even have anything to do with the final ascension sprite. It's just DW being retarded where the final art doesn't match the final sprite. Final sprite is shit anyway.

We talk about the strongest here. For support slot you didn't need to level it to 100, no one checks CE level anyway. That EXP is better invested in a Buster+Crit CE for her.

I have victor from moon at around level 55, and black grail at 100. Kaleidos for any non challenge quests and black grail with waver charging are just the CEs I use the most by far. And victory from moon is just universal buster gorilla CE. The more niche CEs are at around 20-30. When I need them I use them. Having everything maxed out without a level 100 CE just felt wrong so I went for it.

Oh I have spent some money, but not nearly whale level. Raikou has been on rate up like 6 times since she was first released. I only got her to NP5 on last rate up, like two years after I rolled her. I hoard quartz and only roll when there's someone I actually want. So I got her to NP5 one copy at a time.

Gil is too shit to qualify. Solomon is not available due to Ars Nova, but King Hassan can still be Grand Assasin.
