Go google it brainlet. The vermilion bird, Zhū Què, is DISTINCTLY, different than the Fenghuang, the Phoenix. The Phoenix represents marital bliss with the Azure Dragon. Zhū Què is just the vermilion bird of south whose element is fire. Fire and wood are conflicting elements. The Phoenix is also associated with the element of fire which is why ONLY the phoenix is associated with conflict and harmony. The bird and the dragon represent conflict only.

interactions between characters in the game work like this:
the two characters react as if they know each other's identity and if currently allied (even begrudging) to perform the same goal.
they are not aware about anyone else on the same team or game.
basically, there's no interactions between three or more people.

I know most people don't seem to understand how the canon works in this game, but it's basically meant to be a reflection. It's taking place in present time. So, like with Reinhardt's animation and him placing the overwatch medal next to his dead mentor, that's in game now. Or when Doomfist trashed the airport, that showed up in the airport. And those are just a couple of examples.
This applies to the dialog. In the canon, Pharah has not met her mother in person and she is unaware of her whereabouts. I shouldn't have said she doesn't know she is alive, I meant more that they haven't had a reconcile yet. In game, when they speak to each other, it's like they're meeting for the first time. When Pharah speaks to S76 she hasn't seen her yet. And this goes for all characters that don't know Ana is alive in the canon. It's a "what if" scenario.
