I don't think I will play ctf much but is there a secret trick to carry it solo? Junkrat/Sym/Torb defense is EXTREMELY common and people think it is perfectly fine if both teams just sit on their own points for 7 minutes then someone luck out sudden death.
Played Lucio/Roadhog/Torb mostly and had no luck doing anything because people either won't attack at all or waiting the enemy team to come over and get crushed on the defenses while a quick character snatches their flag in the respawn time.

When you realize that his gun recoil is purely cosmetic and you have to ignore your crosshair bouncing up and down every time, it will improve your aim.
Play Cree without crosshairs for a bit, try to learn to ignore the fake recoil (I dunno why they even visually put that there...)
