Your chance at investigations from tempered tracks increases greatly the higher your research level is.
If your research level is too low, you can't get tempered investigations at all, even if your HR is high enough. Go capture some of those old mons.

It's noticable healing, unlike the nerg set.
I've got nerg legs, dragonking eyepatch and the rest vaal. The healing is usually enough that if I take a big hit with rocksteady mantle on, then I don't have to pot.

This is a Greatsword, she is slow but very strong. Say something nice about her.

There's an HD version of Portable 3rd that was basically made or PC. You can get it with an english patch somewhere out there. It's my favorite game to emulate because it performs on par with 3U on console. Much more palatable to play on emulator.

I play FU on Vita instead. Less jarring that way and I have the camera mapped to the right thumbstick.

My set up does about 60 damage per rf shot on a weakpoint... is it low damage? It seems to me at least
