Have you tried using trees and gravestones for cover? Always go from the left and deal with threats before you get into it with the men around the fire. Doing this will ensure that all the doggos are dead first. One rifleman always stands beside some explosive containers, so you want to make sure you aren't being shot at while trying to take him out. You can blow up those containers with your own guns, a molotov, or pointing your finger at them and shouting "BANG". You need to be Isaac Clarke for the last one.

I just use claw but rarely. I usually avoid needing to claw. Tried remapping but dodging with L1 feels weird.

Not just the jumping, but backstepping too, like there have been situations where I wanted to dodge forward from a stand still, but I have no way of doing that. Just another fixed thing to look forward to in bloodborne remastered
