Because they knew everyone would get the silver and bronze servants and so everybody could potentially see the art. Hardly anybody will be getting any one specific gold servant, so they can make the art shit because only the most rabid fans are even likely to see it. (and they don't care about quality)

Now to spend the next two weeks casually farming with natural AP regen. Still have 60 apples left for Da Vinci, but I'll probably get bored of grinding before I spend them all.
