Any other dupe glitches come out for decos? I'm fucking tired of farming these shitty fucking elders and only getting garbage jewels, and then turning them into more garbage. I'm sick of seeing fucking fire res jewels. I just want more of my actual useful decos. This RNG can go fuck itself, I've put more than 140 hours into the game and gotten raw shit 90% of the time.

Environments are too cluttered and palette too dry to actually make that viable. In older games, maybe.

normal type gives an extra shell, thats about the only advantage it has over long.

Why the fuck does EVERYTHING need SO MANY of them? It's always 4-5 or more of them per single piece of equipment. And you're lucky if you get one per hunt.

If you've played previous MH, you'll be fine. Only thing you'll need to know initially is how to set up a local or an online room (check out RisingFunGaming's video). As for gems and weapon stats, use Kiranico.

I think it's just a matter of preference.
In my opinion LBG is the more support / status / elemental damage oriented gun. Faster and easier to use and great for online.
While HBG is the big damage dealer of the game.
That's not to say LBG can't deal damage, especially with the new mine mechanics and changes to elemental damage.
I haven't tried LBG yet. Hopefully another user has in here.
I do want to try out how viable a rapid fire elemental gun would be, especially with the Rathalos armor bonus plus WE.

The game is pretty straightforward if you've played a MH game before.

Some basic Kana and hiragana will help you not get so lost, but thanks to Kiranico being more than passable you won't really have problems with gems and shit. It's just busy work having to look it up.

As for menus you can just youtube some tutorial videos or look up basic guides that some people have made.
