His farming tool is getting hit moderately hard, and his buffs are on his ultimate that you don't really use for the damage, and his E jump, that you don't really use for damage too. Oh, and the nerf to Mallet on ranged hurts him even more.

Xayah is somenoe that grew on me. I hated her lines at first but honestly she's less edgy and more of a dork. Like that one girl that tries to be "punk rock" but is just a pussy underneath. Mechanically she may be strong and independent and Rakan more dependent on her, but in-universe she clearly needs Rakan more than he needs her.

I actually like and play Sivir and Rek'sai. Rek'sai a bit less because I don't feel very capable with her but she is one of my favorite champions. I hate Rek'sai's ultimate. I didn't like her old ult either but her current one is annoying to use.

I don't know what the fuck is going on with his PBE changes because it says catching the boomerang reduces the cooldown by 40% but it already does reduce it by 45% baseline on live and there is no mention of changes to his Q. Regardless, this change does fucking nothing to his waveclear; Q has 1s longer cooldown wow.
