Someone calculated that NP5 Shiki deals more damage than NP1 Vlad and made the point that Shiki draws the c.stars to her unlike Vlad, resulting in much more damage than what Vlad could pull off with added survivability thanks to her Evade and the fact she doesn't take 2x damage from all sources.
