- Maybe if you're playing against Abathur with mine build, you could try going CD or reveal wisp.
- Maybe if you're somehow solo laning or splitpushing, dividing wisp is good for protection.
- W CD on level 1 has synergy with AA crits at 7 and AA speed at 16 but it's rarely worth it.

Yes. At the VERY FUCKING MINIMUM, it should move at 120% so that it's at least as fast as her. But if they reworked only 1-4 talents, it'd be great. Oh, and cleanse at 20.

1) Is Nova a mage character?

2) Is Tychus worth picking as your AA assassin if the enemy team only has one tank.

Whatever the case, tychus can work against solo warrior, specially because of Odin, it just makes you build different though and you would rather just have tracer or hanzo in his place at that point

2. Yes. Tychus is very versatile and secretly OP. He has great waveclear and tankiness, some mobility and a bit of burst.

"Don't pick Tychus since enemy has only 1 tank" is a retarded argument. It's not like you would dive past the solo tank with Valla to attack backline anyway. Historically, his winrate was the highest against solo tanks since he has only 1 target to focus on. Minigun has a cooldown after all. I only wouldn't pick Tychus against solo tank if your team is dive comp, then get Greymane.
