I have to say, this iteration of monhun seems the most 'balanced' in terms of weapon and loadouts of all the monhun games.

I'm kind of impressed and annoyed at the same time i can't make an end-game loadout for GS that shits over all other possible combinations.

But you really should retry with GS again. Just do like old games, unsheath in his soft ass/base of tail, if he doesn’t stagger or taunts, roll sheath and run. If he staggers or taunts, start the next charge, tackle and true slash without charging.
You should be able to also tackle his face in when he charges at you, eventually scoring horn breaks
Now... black diablos is a real pain, she is unpredictable as fuck and delays everything to fuck you up.
