sometimes is more consistent to run over 40, say that after all your staples (handtraps, generic spells and traps, whatever) you need to put 20 cards or so but you're already at 23, if you drop some copies of 3-of it will hurt your consistency more than running just 3 cards over the limit, stay at 40 if you have problems filling to that point, but if you feel that you need some extra copy of 2/3 cards even after you reach 40 then do it, from a statistic stand point it's better to run more cards in those cases

Are we watching the same channel? His meme characters (Shape/Abaki/Lime) all appear under completely different contexts, and it's not like the forcibly shoves them in during the actual card reviews to interrupt whatever discussion there is for a bad attempt at humor. Shape usually appears at the start, Abaki is present for 2 seconds during a burn damage joke, and Lime says some dumb shit at the end.
I wouldn't say he seems happier either; if anything, his tone and inflection seems to be getting more serious and way less upbeat with each video. I guess this is what some may see as him coming off "as a prick" but I don't really see him being smug or contrarian on any occasion.

He talked about this in a stream a while ago, he said he finds his old style of speaking obnoxious due to sounding like an "over-ecstatic weatherman" (pre-Ice Barrier videos) so he's taking it easy with his newer content

Does anyone else feel like Yugioh card art has gotten bland or is it just me? Cards now look more like screenshots from an anime rather than art specifically made to be put on a card.

The anatomy and level of detail has gotten significantly better, but the themes are getting pretty bland. I guess I just miss the edgy mid-GX era.
