I can almost understand it, it's something about "pouring into the undulation(?) and the ???? of the water's edge", but I can't find anything online about what "弓なり" could mean. Even google translate just says "bow", but it doesn't look like the "i" form of verbs that they use to form nouns usually.

GGs man. Millia is a shitty matchup for Dizzy, it's very hard to keep her out, she's as good if not better than her in the air, and you can't really do anything at all if you're put on the defensive (Dizzy's fastest normal is 6f IIRC?). I had some trouble adapting to your defensive habits though which is a good thing.

Good games, yeah it's pretty rough but I try my best to learn how to adapt to these situations. I need to push into getting in those finishing blows once the matches get tight.

Also Millia can cover your air approaches really well with 5P and it's hard to AA her so your good anti airs won't do much. It's just a tough matchup all around.
