She seems too independent and ambitious to be (in her mind) a Chaos pawn. Dark Magic is about realising the power of Chaos and using some it for yourself. Nagash took that to the next level and isn't Chaos. Cult of Pleasure is a further step in that "use Chaos power" direction. Malekith used Slaaneshi armies to help him invade Ulthaun in the past (arranged by Morathi) and in ET spawned a Bloodletter (Khorne Demon) to kill Finubar, so it is an old Dark Elf tradition.

All I want at this point are the lord packs with the missing units. I hate playing factions with incomplete rosters.

There's much larger gaps in unit quality in Warhammer, from literal chaff to world smashing units. Additionally, there's less of a focus on stance and position and instead of activating abilities at the right time (Moba).
Shogun 2 has no total meatshield chaff units, and no totally unstoppable beast units. It has the lowest unit quality spread in Total War history. The result is that battles between armies with even amounts of units are very even and require tactics.

What's the issue? If you have it on WH1 you get it for WH2 too. If you have people that only have WH2 for example and you give the Blood pack to WH1 only, they would miss out on it.
