News: Monster Girl Quest Paradox 2 was released on June 23rd. Some guy called Rogue has started helping with the Paradox translation process. The first bare minimum UI patch for Part 2 is out. Patch 2.20 was finally released.

It's just a shame that there aren't many people outside of Dargoth willing to translate monster girl stuff anymore. If there was, these threads would have more than enough content to last for ages to discuss.
As for upcoming shit, I suppose that Monmusu F2P game on Steam is releasing soon. The problem is when exactly that is, since it got delayed from its initial November release and the only thing we know is that it's supposed to release sometime early this year, and not much else.

You need the Pictures folder in Graphics from part 1, othewise you don't get the H-scenes from part 1. Other than that everything in part 1 is included in part 2 including the story.
