Merging units you're unlikely to +10 is a pretty bad idea. Even if you don't currently have any idea with what to do with Attack Tactic or her tome, you'll eventually find a meme to play around with that needs her fodder.

You can only have 2 or less units of each movement type on your team for them to work. For example 2 infantry and 2 cavalry and the tactic will proc. 1 infantry and 3 cavalry and it won't.

You can't have 3 of the same *MOVEMENT* type on your team at the same time you want to use a Tactic skill
