24 of them have voidspell
21 gicel
19 fulmination
17 bolide
14 miasma
14 seism
14 comestation
7 levin
4 maelstrom
only 2 had affinities of any kind and they were both holy
also they're overwhelmingly challenger/utilitarian. they differ on if utilitarian or challenger is first, but that's about it

my level 20 sorcerer pawn is constantly running up to enemies and dying instantly despite being challenger/utilitarian. is it just because we're level 20 and she has really low bestiary knowledge or am I likely doing something retarded?

Nah, sorc pawns just die a lot. They have the lowest HP and the lowest defense and the least mobility.

Fire affinity becomes worthless after you reach Gran Soren. The only affinities I don't mind are lightning, holy, and darkness.

It's niche, DD sales are apparently unimpressive enough to worth risking.
It needs servers and maintenance, and bringing new updates over.

Most silver/golden gear has high petrification RES and curatives area thing.
I personally dont use it because pawns will cancel casting spells in the middle of a fight to get rid of a crappy debuff you shouldnt have picked up in the first place and i hate that shit.

I've started season 2 in DDO recently and the early quests have been pretty much the same. "travel to x and defeat y while z stands outside and doesn't bother helping. I say z because I can't recall their names but you probably know who I mean. Why do these assholes never help you even though they are fighters themself and are already with you?

The only affinity that you ever actually need is holy. All the others are just buffs to already effective things.
