For falcom games, yes. We didn't hear about a cold steel 1 localization until they were already working on it for a year and a half, and it came out 6 months later. Patience.

It's only been around 4 months. This is completely normal for smaller companies. Atlus takes longer to announce localization of their own games. NISA took well over a year to announce Coven.
