Your 4 is a fucking nuke on starchart level enemies, use it.
Your 4 also memes armor into abyss, use it.
Your 2 is alright CC, as is your 1.
You're slow, if you don't know how to bullet jump, learn it.
Your 3 will make anything inside of it ON CAST be sent flying frozen, use this when you need to revive someone or whatever, then after its done, destroy it with 1 and proceed.

If you happen to be using a range build on him, use 4 for mass CC. And don't use your globe in defense/interception unless you have to, but that's something you learn with experience.
