There will be maybe playable Man'ari someday because blizz only need to recolor Draenei, maybe add some green glowing effects on those green cracks they have on their skin and probably also give then new, hair, horn and accessoirs.
Those would be minor changes compared to design a female Broken with all those customization options.

Why can't there be races who just stay as evil races. We always need enemies besides the opposite faction and I have the feeling that every time some new cool looking evil guys are added in the game that the majority wants to play them.
I don't want Naga and Harpies to be playable. I don't want Man'ari and Mogu to be playable. And I also don't want blood Trolls to be playable.
