As simple as this combo is, having the 800 ki and finding an opportunity to land Heat Dome without killing them is quite a pain.

As for punishing Heat Dome, pretty sure you can just do a charged heavy or RBD. Can't say I have much experience fighting it, just using it myself and getting broken out of it a lot.
I THINK the dome itself doesn't really "catch" you if it misses initially, so it would just be safe to "enter", but I'm really not sure.
