Tap dungeon is worthless, imo. You complete it once, and it's quests are barely worth caring about. They are just recycling for minor rewards.

I don't see how unless you've literally just been not playing. In which case that's on you. We had a lull of nothing between the two Tempests where you should have easily been able to finish stratum quests. SD, Training, and Daily maps are fucking nothing and can even be autobattled. Tap battle is baby shit that should have been finished as soon as they went up. The daily tap quests just require 4 battles of putting your phone down and one boss. None of this is overwhelming. Maybe the GHB Elite, but you have literally a year and no need to rush when we are guaranteed plenty of times where this is actually nothing else to do.
