How the fuck do you manage?

They're from rare glyph crates, you get those from certain vendors

the pink iod tokens

You get rare glyphs from IoD tokens
Mid tokens sell the crates, high tokens sell the glyphs themselves, but are pretty expensive
Try to get most of them with crates, if you lack single one, go for the high token shop
You can also use the high token shop to check which ones you are missing

ask someone to slowly introduce you or start with fapslutting

Also I think you can get the glyphs from the guardian token shops.

Give me a quick explanation of the new gear shit, last thing I got was Misery and it seems that's only good for the lowest dungeons, I don't understand how you get new gear or enchant it at all.

Go to Highwatch and talk to Dougal, he gives you Guardian gear which is the basic welfare gear and the post-65 questline to get some enchanting mats

Guardian gear includes weapon, chest, gloves, boots, brooch, belt, circlet, rings and earrings

There are two main changes from the past gear system. First is that you get to choose you rolls now rather than rerolling everything based on luck, the first time you equip something you choose the rolls for free, if you want to change later, you gotta use semi-enigmatic scrolls

After you have your Guardian gear, you can enchant it up to +6, costing basic mats and gold. When it's +6 you can upgrade the guardian gear to Twistshard. From that point, you can gather experience for your gear by doing VG Quest to increase the enchanting chance

To enchant, the default hotkey is T
To upgrade, the default hotkey is Shift+T

do quest, get Guardian gear and set of jewelry

then enchant the Guardian up to +9 then it can be upgraded to Twistshard

Guardian has no item xp you can immediately enchant whenever you get the mats for it. Once you have Twistshard then you start gaining item xp on it and then enchant that up to +9 then you can upgrade it to Frostmetal, then you enchant that to +9 then you can upgrade it to Stormcry.

There's also the jewelry pieces which can be upgraded. Make sure you pick the right pieces of jewelry for whatever your class is between pumped/carving.

personally, as far I'm concerned, money is no longer an issue with guardian missions. Guaranteed 10k gold per day. I would rather get my crafting stuff done ASAP than wait for 1+ days to potentially save 10k gold on the design.

True, but that's still 10k you can use for buying more materials. There's so many money drains that while acquiring money isn't a big deal, it still helps to be miserly whenever possible so you can maximize money spent on actually attempting enchants, rather than crafting checks.
