"Elims don't mean anything" is the most dishonest damage control tactic.

Hero banning is now implemented into the game- each team gets to pick two heroes to ban at the start of each round, either keeping their bans the same or changing them. It's vote-based.

How does the meta change?

Depends. You could have gold elims and still do fuck all if the team doesn't push. It's objective based, not team deathmatch
